This summer I received an e-mail from a friend of mine, Meredith. She wrote that she had a brother who was going to be a senior this year and was looking for a photographer to capture his senior pictures. I had never met her brother but knew that if he was related to Meredith, he'd be a sweet guy. My instincts were right. He was super nice, patient as can be (it was a typically hot summer day -- I nearly forgot until then what those are like), and despite the heat had a fantastic smile that didn't quit. Thanks, Ben, for the opportunity to photograph you. Best wishes for your last year of high school!
