P.S. Special thanks to Holly, Faith's sister, who lugged camera gear over creek, hills, and muddy trails! You made our job so much easier!

Drew and Faith: Engaged
Our original shoot date had to be postponed because of snow (yes!), but the weather for Friday evening's session with Faith and Drew was perfect! We had a fun time hiking in the Gorge, site of Faith and Drew's engagement last fall. Faith has been a close friend of ours since meeting her nearly seven years ago and it's been a pleasure to get to know Drew over these past several months. These two Starbucks baristas and students will wed later this summer and we're honored to be documenting that special occasion! It was SO hard to narrow down my favorites, but here's a sneak peak!

Rebecca & Oscal
This Easter weekend we went out of town to enjoy a few special days with family. Sunday after church (while the food was still cooking), we slipped out and snapped a few pics of my sister-in-law, Rebecca, and her special friend, Oscal, who was a pretty good sport. I thought they turned out so well I might share them here!

Beauty in Glass
Nathan and I have a sweet friend, Teresa, who among many great things is a talented artist. Graduating next month with a degree in art, Teresa has been working hard to create a collection of glass pieces for her senior exhibit created to literally reflect the beauty of her country of birth. Last night we photographed some of her favorites to design her reception invitation. If you're interested in seeing more, they will be on display at the end of the month at the Asbury Theological Seminary Student Center in Wilmore.

Chloe, Essie, and Hunter
Sisters Amy and Jen wanted to surprise their mother on Mother's Day with a portrait of her beautiful 3 year-old grandchildren, so yesterday morning we got together to document these special little people with a photo shoot! As you can see from the looks on their faces, they love life and each other! I hope Grandma will be surprised and pleased!
