Erika & Baby L

I have been waiting a few weeks to post these images -- waiting because they were a surprise for a certain birthday guy (Erika's hubby & Baby L's daddy, Peter)! The session was a real treat because it allowed me to reconnect with Erika and her mom, Barb, and meet sweet baby L. (I say 'reconnect' because Nathan and I video-ed Erika and Peter's wedding back in my pre-official-photography days). As you can see, L was a real gem, generously sharing some fantastic smiles. Jackson Turns One!

You may recognize little Jackson from his baby photos last summer here. It was a treat to see him again, a little more grown up, a few days after his first birthday, and full of smiles! We had a great time with his mom and dad, exploring the Shaker Village grounds early Saturday morning on a warm, spring day! Thanks for the privelege, John and Erica, to document this important milestone for Jackson and your family!
